Gotadegust is a company whose activity and services focus on popular gastronomy: town festivals, neighborhood parties, community meals, sports clubs, weddings, baptisms, communions, and various gastronomic events.

They prepare everything from a family-sized paella to one for an entire village — including fideuàs, barbecues, hot chocolate gatherings, sardine grills, appetizers, etc.

Although most of their services take place in Catalonia, they also operate outside the region, even reaching as far as Italy.

Due to difficulties obtaining permits to cook with firewood, they decided to purchase Flames VLC burners from the O and M Series, which are specially designed for large rice and paella dishes.
