At Cervezas Alegría, they’ve turned their hobby into a career. This craft brewery is made up of young beer lovers who discovered, almost by chance, that their favourite drink could be brewed at home.
After many years of effort and dedication, they made the leap from 50 to 1,000 litres of production, creating unique beers full of flavour and aroma that are guaranteed to fill you with joy. Because Alegría is a way of life, a way of facing the world, and a beautiful way to name a craft beer that brings so many happy moments.
Thanks to their experience in the craft beer sector, they produce many different styles such as IPA, APA, Black Lager, Kölsch, Märzen, and Saison — always exploring new variants and styles.
Naturally, this passion and love for craft beer has resulted in great creations like Alegría del Valle, Alegría de Vivir, Alegría del Sur, Alegría del Barrio, Alegría Ipannousaurus Rex, or Alegría Juanito Polarez — with surely many more to come.
They also run a brewpub in the Valencian town of Massanassa, bringing craft beer closer to the public and promoting local connections. Their beers are becoming increasingly well-known and appreciated.
At their brewpub, visitors can enjoy their beers and tapas while seeing the brewery in action and taking part in various activities. In the taproom, staff offer personalised recommendations to match each customer’s taste — so everyone can enjoy beer fully… and with joy.
Can the brewery be visited? Of course — they offer tastings and guided tours to share their beer culture, and even host brewing workshops for those curious about entering the world of craft beer.
“When we started making craft beer, we wanted it to be more than a hobby — a way of life. So we began researching what we wanted to do and how to do it, exploring everything our project would need.
One of the brewing options we considered was production using gas burners.
That led us to explore different options until we discovered Flames VLC. We saw they had a solid background in the craft beer industry and that their O-900 industrial gas burner could meet our needs.
