He learned the art of paella-making from his mother, who used to prepare this dish every Sunday when the whole family would joyfully gather around the table to enjoy this traditional meal from his native Valencia.
This became his passion and eventually his profession. He has worked as a chef in several restaurants, managed his own establishment, and collaborated with major companies in the food industry by providing technical support. Eventually, he chose to dedicate himself exclusively to the dish that brought him the most joy.
Thanks to his extensive experience, his services are always geared toward organizing successful events and celebrations by cooking paellas to high-quality standards.
This has led him to work in many countries and collaborate with major brands and at top industry fairs.

Years of research have allowed him to develop a sophisticated technique that enables him to cook this signature Mediterranean dish for large groups without compromising on quality or the authentic flavour of the rice dishes. This has earned him recognition as a Paella Master in Spain and Andorra, with specialties including mountain rice, arroz a banda, Valencian paella, seafood paella, vegetable paella, and fideuà.
